I work with clients who are ready for meaningful change, whether that means navigating ADHD, managing anxiety or depression, or finding a path through burnout, career stress, or life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with practical strategies that support growth and resilience in daily life.
As both a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a consulting organizational psychologist, I bring a unique perspective to our work. I look beyond symptoms to consider your values, relationships, and the environments where you live and work. Together, we can uncover what matters most to you and create a plan that helps you move toward it.
I have more than a decade of experience in private practice, along with prior work in inpatient psychiatry. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which shapes my work in helping clients live fuller, more purposeful lives. For those who are already in therapy, I also provide collaborative psychiatric medication management. In these partnerships, my goal is to make medication a supportive tool for change while keeping the focus on your broader growth and well-being.
I hold master’s and doctoral degrees in Consulting Organizational Psychology and a master’s in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing. I have taught as an adjunct professor at Chaminade University and served as medical staff at The Queen’s Medical Center and Washington Hospital Center. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, I see clients across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Oregon.
