Many strategies we developed early in life to survive can become roadblocks to growth as we mature. It’s common to find ourselves stuck in recurring cycles of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—particularly when navigating daily life pressures, relationship challenges, or feelings of helplessness. Together, we’ll identify these patterns and begin to untangle the roots of your struggles, moving you toward greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and freedom.
I pursued my doctorate in clinical psychology to help others reconnect with their inner strength and build lives grounded in their values.
